DoomsDay #2
The tractor shed and it's new slant leeward...
At the time, I honestly thought my plane hadn't done anything to the shed, that it was always bent that way. Bill told me the next morning that it was a new twist, thanks to me. So that's the lucky side; nobody and nothing else hurt, and Bill was gracious enf to forgive the kinks to the shed. He was just glad the shed was in the way to prevent my plane from taking one more tumble into a 1949 2-ton Studebaker truck. (He loves Studebakers.)
You can also maybe see that I had moved the prop (brand new Powerfin) to horizontal and put the covers on it, so my 630am visit saved me that loss. Also, I had folded the tail, so the damage there is to the horizontal stabilizers instead of my checkered rudder. I kinda like that rudder and am glad I don't have to rebuild it.
