General Build Method
...an idea of the general building procedure:
-cut out the AL sticks,
-cut out the gussets to frame the sticks,
-smooth all edges and bend down the edges of the gussets
-match drill and then pop-rivet the gussets to sticks.
( Just like a big model airplane, only aluminum instead of balsa)
