Making A Wing
Assembling ribs to main spar. I found it *very* helpful to tape the leading and trailing edge gussets of each rib to the leading and trailing tubes. There is less chance of something moving out of straight alignment, and I recommend leaving the tape on until after the first hole is drilled, at which time you can rivet or cleco. Also note the T-square in the right of the photo to square up a rib, and also, a 12' piece of AL stock tie-wrapped to the top of all ribs to help hold them in the right place. Not shown is that I've also stretched fishing line along the leading and trailing edge tubes to be able to check for straightness.
