3-D Pole Vault Simulation

Design a 3-D computer simulation of the pole vault to specifically look at the
interaction between the vaulter and the pole during the vault.
Unlike other research, the pole is modeled with non-uniform stiffness
over it's entire length. The computer simulation will faciliate studies of
the effects of different initial conditions at takeoff such as velocity,
trajectory and pole angle.
