This long-range program is designed to strengthen Hyundai Motor Group's fundamental R&D competency by working with the world's leading universities and companies.
The Center of Excellence conducts research projects aimed at making Hyundai vehicles safer, better-handling, and more fun to drive. Groups of top engineers from Hyundai Motor Company are dispatched to UC Davis for an extended period (12 months) to conduct advanced research and development.
