POSTDOCTORAL FELLOWS

Postdoctoral positions occationally open on a rotating basis to work on externally funded projects. Interested candidates should contact Prof. Davis, including their CV and a proposed available start-date. Due to the large number of requests, it is not possible to reply to all inquiries.

GRADUATE STUDENTS

If you are currently applying for admission to one of the UC Davis graduate programs, you may send your resume to Prof. Davis, but this will not have an impact on admission into a graduate program. Please be sure to state clearly in your email that your application with the graduate program is pending.

Prospective Ph.D. Doctoral Students

Doctoral students who are already enrolled at UC Davis or have been offered admission to a Ph.D. degree-granting department at UC Davis may send inquiry emails to Prof. Davis for doctoral student openings. Due to the large number of requests, it is not possible to reply to all inquiries.

Prospective M.S. Master's Students

Our laboratory does not usually take M.S. students due to the longer duration needed to complete typical projects within our group. However, occationally we do consider exceptional students on a case-by-case basis. Due to the large number of requests, it is not possible to reply to all inquiries.

UNDERGRADUATE RESEARCHERS

A limited number of Undergraduate Research positions are filling in our lab during the academic year and summer months. These are usually inviation-only. However, exceptional candidates may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please email a copy of your resume, a cover letter stating your specific interest in a position, the names and contact information of 3 references, and an unofficial copy of your university academic transcripts.
